Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Ijtimaa. By creating an account or booking a meeting you agree to them. Last updated 29 October 2026.

The service

Ijtimaa lets people publish booking pages, take bookings, and meet over video in the browser, with optional recording, chat, polls and whiteboard.

Your account

Workspaces

Each sign-up creates its own workspace. The workspace admin can invite people, change their roles, turn their accounts off and see the workspace’s activity and recordings. If you join someone else’s workspace, its admin can see your meetings’ details.

Recording and consent

Hosts must tell everyone in a meeting before recording and get their consent where the law requires it. Ijtimaa shows a “Recording” sign to all participants while recording. Hosts are responsible for how they use recordings, chat and other meeting content.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Ijtimaa to break the law, harass people, share illegal or harmful content, send spam, attack the service or other users, or try to get into accounts or workspaces that aren’t yours. We may suspend or remove accounts and workspaces that do.

Limits and availability

Workspaces have limits on people and recording storage, which the operator may change. We work to keep the service running and backed up, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. Keep your own copy of anything important, such as recordings.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in Account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will try to tell you why.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Questions: https://ijtimaa.chat.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so here and, for big changes, by email. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
